Pair of Sapphire, Diamond and Platinum Earrings

This beautiful pair of sapphire, diamond and platinum earrings is from the early to mid 20th century. Designed as openwork ribbon tied floral sprays, each is set with six oval and circular cut cornflower blue Ceylon sapphires and enhanced with nine small diamonds. The total weight of sapphires is approximately 4.70 cts. The backs of these flattering earrings backs are mounted with clips for easy wear.
